Responsibilities include providing prompt and accurate information about class schedules, instructors, and membership options, as well as addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of yoga practices, and the ability to utilize digital tools to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, the role may involve coordinating with the studio’s team to ensure seamless communication and support for online and in-person events.
As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Rate: $35 per hour
