This role involves managing and responding to live chat messages for a fitness brand on various platforms, including websites and social media channels like Facebook Messenger. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to provide information about fitness programs, answering inquiries about products and services, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and familiarity with fitness-related content. Additionally, the position involves using CRM tools to track interactions and gather customer feedback to improve service offerings.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
