This role involves providing exceptional customer service by answering live chat messages for a tour company on their website and social media platforms. Responsibilities include utilizing tools like Facebook Messenger to engage with potential and current customers, addressing inquiries about tour packages, booking processes, and travel itineraries. The role requires maintaining a high level of professionalism, ensuring timely responses, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive bookings. Additionally, the role may involve gathering customer feedback and reporting on chat interactions to improve service quality.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
