This role involves providing exceptional customer service for a plant nursery by answering live chat messages on the business’s website and social media platforms, such as Facebook Messenger. Responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries about plant care, availability, and orders, as well as resolving any issues they may encounter. The role requires strong communication skills, a passion for plants, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Familiarity with customer service software and social media tools is essential.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
