Responsibilities include providing prompt and accurate information about class schedules, instructors, and membership options, as well as addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of yoga practices, and the ability to utilize digital tools to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Rate: $35 per hour
