This role involves managing and responding to live chat messages for a florist business on various platforms, including the company’s website and social media channels like Facebook Messenger. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries about floral arrangements, delivery options, and pricing. The role requires maintaining a friendly and professional tone, updating inventory information, and coordinating with the florist team to ensure accurate and timely responses. Additionally, the position involves utilizing CRM tools to track customer interactions and feedback, contributing to the overall customer experience strategy.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
