This role involves providing expert nutrition advice and support to clients through digital platforms. Responsibilities include answering live chat messages on business websites and social media channels, such as Facebook Messenger, to address customer inquiries about nutrition plans, dietary guidelines, and healthy eating habits. The role requires utilizing digital tools to track client progress, create personalized nutrition plans, and engage with clients to ensure they receive timely and accurate information. Strong communication skills, a background in nutrition, and proficiency in using online communication tools are essential for success in this position.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
