This role involves providing exceptional customer service for a motel by answering live chat messages on the motel’s website and social media platforms, such as Facebook Messenger. Responsibilities include promptly responding to guest inquiries, assisting with booking reservations, addressing guest concerns, and providing information about motel amenities and local attractions. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in using digital communication tools. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
