This role involves providing exceptional customer service for a pet care company by answering live chat messages on websites and social media platforms, such as Facebook Messenger. Responsibilities include promptly responding to customer inquiries, offering product recommendations, scheduling appointments, and addressing any concerns related to pet care services. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and familiarity with digital communication tools. Additionally, the position involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
