This role involves managing and responding to live chat messages for a restaurant on various platforms, including the restaurant’s website and social media channels like Facebook Messenger. Responsibilities include providing prompt and courteous customer service, answering inquiries about menu items, reservations, and special events, and addressing customer feedback or complaints. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and familiarity with digital communication tools. Additionally, the role may involve updating social media content, coordinating with the restaurant team for accurate information, and maintaining a positive online presence for the restaurant.
As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
