Customer Service Rep: As a dynamic Customer Service Rep, you’ll be the friendly face of our company, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. This role involves managing and responding to live chat messages for a yoga studio on various platforms, including the studio’s website and social media channels like Facebook Messenger. Responsibilities include providing prompt and accurate information about class schedules, instructors, and membership options, as well as addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of yoga practices, and the ability to utilize digital tools to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, the role may involve coordinating with the studio’s team to ensure seamless communication and support for online and in-person events.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
