This role involves providing exceptional customer service for a dental practice by managing and responding to live chat messages on the practice’s website and social media platforms, such as Facebook Messenger. Responsibilities include answering patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing information about dental services, and addressing any concerns or questions patients may have. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in using digital communication tools. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry, and be comfortable working remotely with flexible hours.

As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts. 

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills. 

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before. 

Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
