Responsibilities include providing prompt and accurate information about class schedules, instructors, and membership options, as well as addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of yoga practices, and the ability to utilize digital tools to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
